Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Refund: Email glowvix.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours.

Refund Process: Once we confirm your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Note for Brazilian customers: Due to customs regulations, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
